Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. Your membership will remain active until the end of your subscription term. If you do not wish for your membership to renew, please cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges. You will have direct access to do this in your private portal. 

Yes, you can continue to use all the assets you downloaded during your paid membership indefinitely, as long as they are used for the same business.

Yes, you cannot share, sell, give away, or create derivative products from the assets. They are for your own marketing use only and cannot be used for clients or in templates you sell or give away for free.

Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds. However, for force majeure events, contact us within 24 hours, and if no assets have been downloaded*, we will provide a refund. *The system tracks downloads. No, an Extended Commercial License is required for client use. Without this license, assets cannot be used for client work or in templates you will sell.

Yes, you can make changes to the images, but the same conditions apply. Rights remain with Envisioned, and you may not claim them as your own, even if edits are made.

Each month, you can submit an image request. These requests will be reviewed and added to a queue. While not guaranteed, they will be fulfilled if aligned with our values and brand mission.
